.forgejo/workflows/deploy.yml runs on the shared Forgejo runner on a
push to main only. It builds the image like build-and-push.sh, pushes
:latest and a tag per commit, and posts to the Portainer stack webhook.
One deploy runs at a time.

Credentials come from repository secrets: REGISTRY_USER,
REGISTRY_TOKEN and PORTAINER_WEBHOOK_URL. README lists them.
